This kit is By Far the best reloadable kit. These Shells have a Loud Lift Charge with nice big Bold LOUD Breaks (Some Bigger/louder then Others)
Every Shell in the Kit is different:mix of Crackling,Glittering,peonys,Wave Shells, Dragon Eggs, etc...
you Can find the older Style Exclaiburs in the Ramboo Kid Kits and Preditor Kits.
The Newer Shells are multicolor Canisters. if the excalibur kit has see thru Sides that means there are the updated shells.
older Shells are Smaller and wrapped in Brown Paper + the Sides of the box are not see thru.

I had always considered Rambo Kid and Predator shells to be the best I had seen until I finally tested the Excalibers. These shells are spectacular with huge breaks.

This year I have about 5 kits of these bad boys, and I am still looking for more for my friends that want them (I won't give up mine!!)
If you pick up one of these canisters you will notice the weight in them. The more powder...the more power.
I have yet to find any mortars that compare to the Excaliber's performance...
And believe me, I shoot off about $3000.00 worth of fireworks every fourth..so I have tried almost all of them.

I agree with what everyone else says. Loud lift and huge loud breaks. Beautiful effects and colors as well. Unfortunatley, i purchased these for $100.00 a kit. The showroom where i usually purchase them were all sold out. So, i had to purchase them from a dealer who happened to be selling it and of course with fireworks being illegal (I reside in N.Y.)the price of it was jacked up. But, it's a necessity to have this kit hence the reason why i bought them. so if you get the chance, BUY IT!!

Its all been said. These shells are THE shells to have. Loud/high lift, enormous loud breaks. Excellent variety of effects. I'm not sure how manufacturers can improve on these shells and stay within 1.4g.

I fired my first official Excal's Sunday evening (the night before the 4th), and they had very high lifts with very loud breaks. They also have a nice variety of effects.
I shot more than 100 off in my finale.
The only thing I dont like about them is that the fuses are very long (had to trim them down for use in my racks), and they burn really fast.
