The layout of the site is very nice. They give you an option of low or high bandwidth, which is good for dial-up users. They don't overuse flash, and the site is very easy to navigate.
The prices are comprable with most online retailers, but manufacturers usually sell their stuff at MSRP so as not to compete with the same people they distribute to.

like the webmaster said it is easy to navigate and the prices are normal. i love phantom their showroom in pahrump NV is a must stop every year for me.

Most of the stores LOOK bigger than they are. I find also that if there is another firework store very close by their prices are always a little higher. I live in Florida

I have shopped at many Fireworks stores throughout the USA and I must say Phantom has very nice buildings but however they only carry there brand product and they are very high priced in any market they are in witch is why I decide to buy at other local shops down the road from them. I hope you do realize the same things I did before you also spend to much on the wrong product that is more than likely a copy of someone elses product with there label on it witch would explain why they only carry there own private label.

Every year we stop in to look! That's it, we spend no money! Prices are rediculous! Get twice the product retail anywhere else, 6 times the product wholesale! What a drag, a few nice items but not worth your time!

Always looked but never bought, either!!!! The prices are 2-5 times Patriotic for the same or very similar items!!! Sorry guys................not for me!!!

the web ste is intended to be more of a tool as they can not ship product, it has neat games for the kids, they are updating it more frequently now, and adding more videos of the products. the web site however doesn't show all of the products but maybe that will change soon, i agree that some of the prices may be higher, but you have to keep in mind that it is a retail store not a "wholesaler", if you want wholesale...go to their wholesale site bjalan.com if i remember correctly it is a $500 minimum order...in the area that i am in florida, the prices are better than most all of the tents, with better selection and the staff acually knows the product and is willing to assist you with your questions or your show

I bought from this compant for many years at buy 1 get 1 thought I was getting a great deal. Wow what I have learned. I think I paid for their new building in Kirkirsville Ohio. You have to see this place, Amazing. Large glass front and large showroom. Nice but not their prices. Kellners from now on. www.kellfire.com
