I like firecrackers and I think these are the best. They are very loud, last about a minute and neatly packed in package so can be carried easily. I just think these are the way to go.

Ladyfingers are probably the quietest firecrackers you can buy. They are 7/8 inch long and about 1/16 inch in diameter. Can't put much powder in that small a cracker. However, I like to take the strip apart(they are made to be fired off as a strip) and shoot them off one at a time. The fuse on them is VERY fast, but you have enough time to toss it and see it explode in mid-air. Even if it exploded in your hand, it would just sting. No major damage will happen. So why use them? Easy...some places won't let you shoot off loud fireworks unless it is close to July 4th. You can shoot these off all day and no neighbor will complain.
