This is a great reloadable kit. Okay color breaks with a nice launch! Always fun to shoot off!

There are three kinds...Green box which are crackling which break really good and have great crackle. Then there's the black box which are assorted (sometimes you can find them with comet tails). N then there's the burgundy box which are whistling shells. They have the weakest and smallest breaks of any shell i've ever shot. Stay away from them. The other two are nice though.

You can't complain too much when these shells are so cheap. I pick these shells up at local stands for $4 a box. BEWARE if you plan on using them in your own mortar racks (homemade). My mortars are 11 inches. 10 once you take off for the wood plug. The fuse on these shells will barely reach the top. You have to add 6 inches of fuse before you load them. Good shells, especially for the price. The whistling shells suck!

Theese shells are a good cheap shell plain and simple. They have good breaks for their price and size my main complaint is the packaging. I recently bought five cases of theese and all were good except for one case. Seven out of the twelve boxes in the case had at least one shell that the lift cup was punctured and powder was all over the box. I may have just had a bad case but some were punctured then they had put scotch tape over the hole, some were mising the bottom. It could have been a bad case that was droped a few times but just watch out. If someone didnt notice the lift charge was empty then tried to launch one it may blow up in the tube since there is no lift charge left.

As already stated there are 3 versions to this. Whistling Buster, Artillery Shells Crackling, and the Assorted.
Someone stated that some of the assorted have comet tails. I have noticed I have had 3 different versions of the Assorted box. I have 3 different mortar labels. One mortar says premier. It has the Winda brand name at the top though. The labeling is of much better quality but the artwork is almost identical. I remember the shells having huge breaks. Only happened once though.
If you can get these for six dollars and under it's not a bad deal. If you can get them for four dollars like I always do then don't pass up the opportunity.
I must note that I think the crackling shells would be great to through in at random places in a show. They are great. I don't really care for the whistling.

More than one Brand uses this same box. The box must be sold at China supply stores. The WC Shells are verry good.

I dont usually use them in my show. Just as a shell to mess around with. Used about 60 shells as part of my finale once.

I get these every year and for 4 bucks a box its hard to pass them up. However this year I seem to have picked a bad batch. I had a few that didn't get a good lift and burst a little low and one didn't leave the tube. It ended up destroying the tube all together.

Great shells for the money..Get them from Jakes and they are better quality than everywhere else..Dont know why there are different batches out there but there are .. Makes good filler when shot in angled racks for your show...
