This is Brother's Fancy Flower relabeled for Phantom. The six "petals" flip down with whistles and torches, then the color and crackle finish the performance. A real crowd pleaser, because of the novelty action. I wish it didn't have the whistles, but even if you dislike whistles I suggest you delight you audience with Fancy Flower or Blooming Flower.

the idea for this piece is cool, fountain sprays to opening petals, the initial "sparks" only lasted for about 3-5 seconds and was about 3' high, then the petals opened up showing flares burning down the petals, after that it goes to an ear piercing whistle, with lots of crackle, the piece only lasted about 45 seconds or so, if it was half the price it would have been worth it, i was more impressed with the wolf pack fountain and its $5.99 bogo, i did give it a rating of a 4 because of the idea behind it and the crackle it gives off
