bargain version of "Magic Crystal" they go up about 50 ft with nice sparks but no whistle. They come in packs of 10 and are usually less than MC's which come in packs of 4.
Good fun if you don't want to bother the neighbors.

Nice little spinner when you don't want to disturb your neighbors. They have some impressive height for such a little firework. Little kids love these especially if you light them off 3 or four at a time. Watch you head when they come down they do have some weight to them.
