Wanting to add something a bit bigger and bolder this year, we went with a case of 24 of these. We shot off and video'd one of each, and I am hesistant to post the vids here because our excited exclamations have a bit of "potty-mouth" as we were not really expecting something so big, loud, and awe-inspiring.
A loud thump, great height, and a long-lasting break that seems to hang in the air make sthese an excellent choice. I found them to be superior to the Phantom tubes, and better than some of the smaller 1.3g shells I've seen and heard.
I would have preferred a solid base rather than the hollow plastic ones, but that's not a major drawback.
If you want to have a few professional looking and sounding shots in your 1.4 show, these are a great buy and won't let you down.
